This year, President Xi Jinping presided at the forum on literature and art in Beijing and delivered a speech. He did talk the role and value of art and literature at present times, pointing out the way to flourish art and literature. The splendid Hubei culture nurtured by rivers and mountains in this province, batches of masters in culture have made great efforts to serve people and create a good public opinion environment, all of which showed the power of culture. Yesterday, the spring forum for Hubei provincial cultural circle was held in Wuhan. And major leaders from Hubei provincial committee and government attended the forum with representatives of masters in culture. In 2014, Hubei citizens were satisfied with the achievement made by Hubei province. Hubei has made a good performance in overall development - taking a leading role in China and being the first in central China, which shows great possibility of development. Under the guide of New Normal, I think Hubei will continue developing fast and unswervingly in 2015 while other provinces and cities lower their economic goals. Keeping rapid growth, Hubei will pay much attention to GDP, per capita GDP and green GDP.

In terms of ideology, Hubei province keeps stable, which can be attributed to the publicity department of Hubei provincial committee. We should stick to mainstray ideas while taking full advantages in ideology, culture, society and science.
